1.) All of our lumber is individually pressure treated and pre stained. We only purchase our lumber from lumber specialists. Our Pickets will remain the color you see at install for a guarantee of 2 years without any treatment.
2.) We use longer fence posts to ensure we meet ASTM guidelines. When building a 6ft fence we ensure a minimum of 3' feet is in the ground with 80lbs of concrete per post. This makes a big difference when our soil is mostly sand and we live in hurricane alley!
